What, why and how?  Personal Branding has been around for quite sometime.  What used to be corporate head shots is now Personal Branding.  Personal Branding is more stylish and authentic.  Our online presence is only going to get bigger.  People are taking their personal brand to the next level for their business, social media and online dating.  Essentially, your choice is to either guide and cultivate your personal brand, or let it be defined by someone else.

These days even our babies have a digital footprint and their own social media pages.   Most of us have a pretty strong online presence and it’s just going to increase – this isn’t going away.  Do you have a personal brand?  Do you have professional photos and videos showing who you are?  Do you still have a selfie on your professional LinkedIn page?  Your personal brand should be constantly evolving – do you need to freshen up your online image?

What is your online presence?  Evaluate the message you send out on a daily basis.  Is it consistent?  Is it positive?  Does it represent you well?  Is it authentic?  What are you offering as your “first impression?”  The world is extremely visual – especially now with all the social media.  Photos and videos are taking over the internet.  What are you putting out there?
